The short version. We're a broker, not a lender. We don't charge you upfront fees. Lenders make every credit decision and set every term, and you'll see those terms in writing before you sign anything.
Agreeing to these terms
By using sentfunding.com or sending us an application, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What we do
Sent Funding is a commercial equipment finance broker. We take your application, present it to lenders and help you compare the offers you receive. We do not lend money, make credit decisions or guarantee approval, rates or terms. Each lender decides on its own and sets its own terms in its own agreement with you.
Business use only
Our services are only for financing equipment used for business purposes. We don't arrange consumer, personal, household or real estate loans.
Fees and how we're paid
We don't charge you an application fee or any upfront fee. When a deal funds, the lender usually pays us a commission or fee, which may be built into the rate or payment you're offered. If a fee will be charged to you directly, it will be shown in writing in your financing documents before you sign. Ask us about our compensation on any deal and we'll tell you.
Your application
- You agree that everything you give us is true, complete and current, and that you're authorized to apply for the business.
- You authorize us to share your application and documents with lenders and funding partners for your request.
- You authorize us and those lenders to get credit reports and verify your information, as described in our privacy policy.
- Applying doesn't obligate you to accept any offer. You're free to say no.
Estimates on this site
The payment calculator, example deals, program ranges and timelines on this site are illustrations only. They aren't offers or commitments to lend. Your actual amount, rate, term, down payment and payment depend on the lender, your credit, your business and the equipment.
Dealer partners
Dealers who refer buyers to us do so without any fee or exclusivity. Referring a buyer doesn't guarantee approval or funding. Funding to a dealer is paid by the lender under the lender's terms.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site, for example by sending false applications, trying to break in, or copying its content for commercial use. The site's text, logo and design belong to Sent Funding. Photos are used under the Pexels license.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Information on the site may change without notice.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Sent Funding isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site or our services, including a lender's decision to approve, decline or change an offer. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount, if any, that you paid us directly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when it's posted here with a new effective date.
